[A] Ordering on fashionsforever.co.uk is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the purchase button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for payment.

[Q] HOW DOES OUR CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE WORK?

[A] Currently we do not have click and collect service.

[Q]HOW IS MY GIFT PACKAGED?

All products arrive in the FASHIONS FOREVER® branded boxes.

[Q] CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

[A] No, currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to shipping addresses within the United Kingdom.

Yes, it is safe to order on fashionsfoerver.co.uk. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged
with our site server. At fashionsforever we respect your privacy, and we will only disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

[Q] HOW DO I MAKE SURE THE PRODUCTS ARE GENUINE SWAROVSKI ITEMS?

[A] We fully guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased here.
We are authorised dealers for every brand we stock; therefore they are 100% genuine products,
supplied to us directly from the manufacturer or official supplier.

[Q] Are your items hallmarked?

We adhere to all UK hallmarking regulations. Any sterling silver items that are over the 7.78 gram and 9ct gold over the 1 gram weight
limit have a full UK hallmark. It is likely that many of our products under the hallmarking weight will have a .925 sterling silver stamp or a
.375 9ct gold stamp however this is manufacturer dependent.


Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept payments via Paypal.


Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this service. We may help you placing the order, finding products or when filling out information but the order itself has

What if the item is received faulty/damaged or the incorrect item is received?

In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty/damaged item or if we have sent a different item than was on your order,
please contact the Customer Care team within 5 days of receipt on 07846929372 or at sales@fashionsforever.co.uk, who will be able to provide a pre-paid
return label and advise you how to return the item.


What if there is an item missing from my order?

If you have not received an email informing you that an item is out of stock, then all items in the order should be in stock and therefore on their way
to you. In the unlikely event your order has been received and is missing an item, please contact the customer care team within 48 hours who will be able
to help you.


The item I want is out of stock. Will it be back in stock soon?

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm when an out of stock item will be back in stock, if it will at all. If an item is marked as discontinued,
then it will not be back in stock. Similarly, if a sale item is sold out then it is very unlikely to become available again.


I have been contacted advising one of the items I have ordered is out of stock, what do I do?

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your original order, the Customer Care team will contact you and help you select an alternative item or
arrange for a refund.
